Sermorelin
Sermorelin Acetate (GRF 1-29)
Classic GHRH analog — more natural GH pulse
About
A 29-amino-acid GHRH analog, FDA approved since 1990 as Geref. The short half-life delivers a more natural GH pulse than CJC-1295. Popular in US anti-aging clinics.
Mechanism
Activates pituitary GHRH receptors, increasing endogenous GH production without overstimulation.
Dosage
Draw to 5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
3 mg · 1.5 mL BAC
When to take: Best before sleep (at least 2 hours after food) — the natural GH pulse is strongest then.
Reconstitution
Vial size (mg): 3 mg · BAC water (mL): 1.5 mL · Concentration: 2 mg/mL
Very fragile — handle gently, refrigerate immediately after reconstitution.
