Kisspeptin-10
Kisspeptin-10 (Metastin 45-54)
GnRH stimulator — HPG axis activator
About
A 10-amino-acid peptide that activates Kiss1R receptors in the hypothalamus, the strongest natural activator of GnRH. Studied for hypogonadism and low testosterone.
Mechanism
Binds Kiss1R receptors on GnRH neurons, triggering an LH and FSH pulse and then testosterone or estradiol release.
Dosage
Draw to 5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
5 mg · 5 mL BAC
When to take: Best in the morning when natural hormone pulses are activating.
Reconstitution
Vial size (mg): 5 mg · BAC water (mL): 5 mL · Concentration: 1 mg/mL
A large bac volume yields convenient small doses. Very fragile — the peptide degrades quickly.
