Hexarelin
Hexarelin (Examorelin)
Strongest GHRP — powerful GH pulse
About
Stronger than GHRP-2 and GHRP-6. Faster onset and higher GH pulse, but also faster desensitization. Popular in short cycles for intense bulking.
Mechanism
Activates the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) in the pituitary — a stronger pulse than other GHRPs. Also has cardioprotective effects.
Dosage
Draw to 4 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
5 mg · 2 mL BAC
When to take: On an empty stomach, preferably 30 min before food or 90 min after.
Reconstitution
Vial size (mg): 5 mg · BAC water (mL): 2 mL · Concentration: 2.5 mg/mL
Same protocol as other GHRPs. Refrigerate immediately after reconstitution.

Side effects

- Elevated prolactin and cortisol
- Hunger (intense)
- Transient water retention
- Lethargy after injection
