A GLP-1 receptor agonist, FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes and obesity. One of the most effective weight-loss medications available.
Mechanism
Mimics GLP-1, increases insulin, suppresses glucagon, slows gastric emptying, reduces appetite.
Dosage
Draw to 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe

When to take: Same day each week. Timing relative to meals matters little.
Reconstitution
Vial size (mg): 5 mg · BAC water (mL): 2 mL · Concentration: 2.5 mg/mL
Store refrigerated after reconstitution, 30 days.
