LL-37
LL-37 (Cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide)
The only human cathelicidin — antimicrobial + healing
About
A 37-amino-acid peptide, the only human cathelicidin. Strong antimicrobial effects against bacteria, fungi, viruses and biofilms. Also immune-modulating and wound-healing.
Mechanism
Disrupts pathogen cell membranes, modulates immune response, increases angiogenesis and tissue repair.
Dosage
Draw to 4 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
5 mg · 2 mL BAC
When to take: Timing matters little. Short cycles for active infection, longer for chronic.
Reconstitution
Vial size (mg): 5 mg · BAC water (mL): 2 mL · Concentration: 2.5 mg/mL
Slightly fragile — refrigerate immediately after reconstitution.
Benefits
- Strong antimicrobial (bacteria, fungi, viruses)

- Potentially anti-cancer (preliminary)
Side effects
- Injection-site irritation (common)
- Redness and mild warmth
- Rare: mild allergic reaction
- Well tolerated at low doses
